Aerial photography of Luxembourg

Vyoman is an aerial photography project based in Luxembourg. The name is from Sanskrit — it means sky.

Every photograph in this shop was made on location across Luxembourg and the surrounding region — Müllerthal, the Pétrusse Valley, the Esch-sur-Sûre gorge, the Alzette corridor, the Minett industrial south. The country is small enough to cross in an hour. From the air, it reads completely differently.

The photographs are made with a DJI Mini 5 Pro — a C1-class aircraft under 250 grams, flown under EASA Open Category rules. Flying at low altitude, often below the treeline, forces a closer relationship with the landscape than high-altitude survey work. The geometry of a river bend, the shadow of a viaduct, the colour of a streambed from fifteen metres up — these are things you can live next to your whole life and never quite see.

Prints are produced by Gelato's European print network on archival matte paper with pigment inks rated to 80+ years, then shipped flat or rolled in protective packaging. 1% of every order funds permanent carbon removal through Stripe Climate.

Caring for your print

Matte prints and framed pieces are ready to hang. Posters and canvases arrive rolled — lay them face-down under a flat weight for 24 hours and any transit curl will settle fully. For longest life, frame with UV-protective glass and keep away from direct sunlight. These are archival pigment prints; handled well, they outlast most things you'll hang them next to.

Returns & Refunds

Each print is made to order. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we will reprint or refund in full — you do not need to return anything. We do not accept returns for change of mind on custom-printed items, as each piece is produced specifically for your order.
